STORY

The Visual Comfort Nevis Table Lamp by Sean Lavin is a rechargeable, portable LED lamp from the Nevis range. It is designed to work as a cordless accent light for both indoor and outdoor use, combining a considered silhouette with practical battery operation.

Formally the Nevis presents a minimalist three-part construction: a tapered, truncated-cone shade sitting on a slender cylindrical stem and a circular weighted base. It is offered in Black, Natural Brass and Matt White to suit a variety of schemes.

Construction is primarily metal with a glass element serving as the internal diffuser for the LED light source. The clean finish and integrated control keep the profile uncluttered while the weighted base stabilises the lamp on tables and surfaces.

Light is recessed within the shade to provide a downward-focused, even glow with minimal glare. The lamp has three distinct dim settings operated from the control built into the base, making it suitable for ambient or accent use.

Nevis is cordless and rechargeable; it recharges fully within 5 hours using a USB‑C to C cable and runs for approximately 12–14 hours on a full charge. A wall charger is included and the fitting carries an IP65 rating for outdoor suitability. The portable design removes the need for fixed wiring.
