STORY

The Visual Comfort Marisol Medium Single Sconce by Champalimaud is a decorative wall sconce from the Marisol range, blending minimalist geometry with a jewellery‑inspired connection between arm and shade. It is designed for interior use and is suitable for locations such as bathrooms, bedrooms and hallways where IP44 protection is required.

The design pairs a large, spherical glass globe with a circular metal backplate and a strong rectangular‑profile arm that curves to hold the shade. The Marisol is offered in Polished Nickel and Soft Brass finishes, allowing it to read either contemporary or quietly warm within a scheme.

Constructed in metal with a translucent, matte white glass globe, the globe diffuses light evenly to reduce glare and produce a balanced ambient wash. The globe’s opal, frosted texture provides 360° distribution so light feels soft and steady in the room.

The backplate is intended for direct wall mounting over a standard electrical junction box. The fitting carries an IP44 rating for splash resistance and includes a one‑year manufacturer's warranty.
