STORY

The Visual Comfort Lerio Table Lamp, designed by Chapman & Myers, pairs an elongated geometric base with an off‑white tapered drum shade. This table lamp is intended to provide both ambient and task lighting for interior spaces and speaks to architectural restraint in form.

The design features a tall, slender, vertically faceted neck that flares into a wider multi‑sided pedestal, with a series of horizontal ribbed lines on the lower base for tactile contrast. The Lerio is offered in two finishes: Dusted Jade and Dusted Stone.

Construction is in plaster and ceramic with a matte, textured surface that emphasises the lamp's faceting and ribbing. A small metallic collar is visible between the neck and shade, likely in a brass tone, adding a discreet metal detail.

The tapered off‑white drum shade is shown in a fabric or paper finish and is designed to diffuse light softly while directing illumination both upwards and downwards, making the lamp suitable for gentle ambient light or focused task use.
