STORY

The Visual Comfort Hampton Chandelier, designed by Aerin Lauder for the Hampton range, is a medium-sized decorative ceiling pendant that brings a sculptural, botanical presence to interiors. Its bowl-shaped silhouette and layered metalwork suit living rooms, dining spaces and bedrooms as a primary ambient light.

The design is formed from multiple layers of overlapping, die-cut metal leaves with lobed, jagged edges and a central vertical ridge, creating an organic, bowl-shaped profile. It is available in Gild, Plaster White and Burnished Silver Leaf finishes and comes in Medium and Small sizes.

Crafted in metal, the finish has a textured, hand-applied quality with darker recesses and brighter highlights on raised edges. The body tapers to a narrow scalloped collar and is supported by a decorative circular canopy with a fluted, petal-like edge.

The light source sits within the bowl to produce a controlled 'lit-from-within' glow; the layered leaves create a complex interplay of light and shadow that softens contrast and adds atmosphere. This makes the fitting well suited to ambient illumination where balanced light and subtle shadowing are desired.

For installation the chandelier suspends from a metal link chain and decorative ceiling canopy. The fitting carries an IP20 rating and is intended for interior, dry-zone locations. Manufacturer warranty is 1 years.
