STORY

The Visual Comfort Griffin Large Staggered Tail Chandelier, designed by Amber Lewis for the Griffin range, is a multi-arm ceiling light crafted for interior living and dining spaces. Its tiered silhouette and soft fabric shades give a considered, ambient presence rather than direct task light.

The design centres on a vertical stem with six gracefully curved arms that sweep outwards and upwards, staggered at two heights to create a balanced, tiered effect. Each arm finishes in a vertical candle-style socket topped with a tapered, off-white empire fabric shade. The fitting is offered in Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass and Bronze finishes.

Constructed from metal with a hand-rubbed finish, the chandelier is suspended by a matching chain and conical canopy for a refined hanging detail. The fabric shades are linen-style, providing a tactile contrast to the metal frame while moderating the light.

The shades diffuse the output for soft, glare-controlled ambient illumination across a room, making the chandelier well suited to living rooms and dining areas where layered, atmospheric light is required. The chain suspension allows the hanging height to be adjusted to suit different ceiling heights.
