STORY

The Visual Comfort Gramercy Chandelier, designed by Chapman & Myers, is a multi-arm ceiling lighting piece that combines a classical silhouette with botanical detailing. Its central, hand-applied antiqued mirror sphere and graceful arms create a refined focal point for formal living and dining spaces.

Design intent centres on a balanced, symmetrical form: eight slender, curved metal arms radiate from the central sphere, each finished with a shallow leaf-shaped bobeche and off-white candle-style sleeve. The range is presented in a textured, hand-applied gilded or antiqued gold finish and is offered in corresponding Gramercy silhouettes.

Construction is metal throughout, with visible craft cues including the hand-sculpted wheat-leaf crown that rises above the central sphere and the antiqued mirror element that anchors the composition. The metalwork has a textured, hand-finished appearance that emphasises the chandelier's refined character.

Light is delivered as ambient illumination from eight candle-style lamps arranged around the central sphere. The antiqued mirror sphere reflects and deepens the visual effect, adding subtle depth to the ambient output and reinforcing the chandelier's decorative presence.
