STORY

Visual Comfort Doppia Rechargeable Table Lamp, designed by Sean Lavin, presents a considered portable light for intimate surfaces. The Doppia's twin-headed silhouette and minimalist profile bring a sculptural presence to both indoor and outdoor settings.

The lamp's form is deliberately architectural: a weighted circular base supports an extremely thin cylindrical stem that terminates in a T-shaped top assembly with two identical cylindrical heads. It is offered in Matt White, Natural Brass and Black finishes to suit a range of schemes.

Construction combines a metal frame finished with a matte powder coat and glass diffusers recessed within each cylindrical head. The base tapers slightly to provide stability for the lamp's tall, slender profile.

The downward-facing heads deliver a controlled downdraft of light to the surface below, balancing task and mood lighting while the recessed light sources and glass diffusers help manage glare. An integrated 3-step touch dimmer lets you set the level of ambience precisely.

Doppia is cordless, running from an internal rechargeable battery that recharges via USB‑C within five hours and delivers a maximum battery life of 12–14 hours. A USB‑C to C cable and wall charger are included, and the fitting carries an IP65 rating for use where protection from dust and water jets is required.
