STORY

The Visual Comfort Darlana Chandelier is a ceiling-mounted ring chandelier from the Darlana range, designed by Chapman & Myers. The fixture pairs a large horizontal ring hand-wrapped in natural rattan with refined metalwork to deliver ambient overhead light from ten candle-style sleeves.

Its design keeps a classic ring silhouette while introducing organic texture: a visible horizontal rattan weave wraps the ring, ten upright white candle sleeves sit evenly around the top, and clear flame-shaped bulbs complete the look as shown. The Darlana is offered in Aged Iron and Antique-Burnished Brass, and comes in Medium and Large sizes.

Construction combines natural rattan with metal components finished in antique-burnished brass — including the chains, canopy and candle cups — for a considered, transitional aesthetic. A decorative triangular metal loop forms the junction between the suspension chains, adding a subtle geometric detail to the hardware.

Light is delivered as ambient overhead illumination from the ten candle-style sleeves for a balanced, warm atmosphere. The fitting is rated IP20, so it is intended for indoor dry locations and best used in living areas, dining rooms and entrance halls where an organic, layered atmosphere is required.

The chandelier is supplied with a matching circular canopy and chain-link suspension; the chain allows adjustable hanging heights during installation.
