Visual Comfort Copper Coast Pendant

The Visual Comfort Copper Coast Pendant is a Waterford-designed ceiling pendant from the Copper Coast range. This bicone-shaped pendant merges traditional cut-glass techniques with a modern architectural silhouette and is intended to provide ambient or task illumination over surfaces such as kitchen islands.

The design pairs two distinct glass textures: a fine diamond-grid 'Karo' cut on one section and elongated vertical 'Olive' facets on the other. The paired cones meet at a central metal band; the pendant is offered in Polished Nickel, Bronze and Natural Brass finishes, and the pictured example shows a matte-black hardware aesthetic.

Constructed from cut glass and metal, the pendant's central band forms the structural junction for the glass shades and houses the internal light source. The downrod suspension and circular ceiling canopy provide a rigid, centred mounting that keeps the fitting stable during use.

The faceted Karo and Olive cuts are engineered to diffuse and refract light, producing decorative patterns and a balanced interplay of clarity and shadow across surrounding surfaces. Use it for focused island illumination or as a considered ambient pendant where a touch of sparkle is required.
