The Visual Comfort Connery Ring Chandelier is a ring-style ceiling chandelier designed by Chapman & Myers for the Connery range. Its wide metal ring and minimalist, jewellery-like profile bring architectural presence to living, dining and entry spaces while delivering considered ambient illumination.
The design uses a slim, drum-like metal ring trimmed on the top and bottom edges with subtle recessed detail. It is offered in Polished Nickel, Bronze and Antique-Burnished Brass, and is available in Medium, Small and Mini sizes to suit different ceiling heights and room scales.
Constructed in metal with a refined finish, the Connery shows careful attention to proportion and edge detailing. The fitting presents a clean profile with no visible bulbs or bulky mounting hardware, emphasising a jewellery-like, architectural aesthetic.
An integrated LED strip sits along the interior bottom rim and is directed inward to reflect from the inner surface of the ring, producing a soft, indirect glow that reads as ambient or primary room light. The hidden light source reduces glare and keeps the visual focus on the ring's form.
The chandelier is suspended by three thin aircraft cables with a central support wire and mounts from a small cylindrical ceiling canopy finished to match the ring. It carries an IP20 rating for interior use and includes a 1 year warranty.
