STORY

Visual Comfort Collier 48 Pendant by Sean Lavin is a decorative ceiling pendant from the Collier range by Visual Comfort. The design reads as jewellery for the ceiling: a rope-like strand of solid, faceted crystals linked by metal hardware to create a sculptural drape for interior spaces.

The pendant is formed from a flexible chain of individual crystal segments that articulate via metal hinges, allowing a symmetrical U-shaped drape between two circular ceiling mounts. It is offered in Natural Brass and Polished Nickel finishes and is available with 2700K or 3000K colour temperatures.

Construction combines solid faceted crystals manufactured in the Czech Republic with precision metal hardware. The visible joints and dual canopies emphasise the crafted, jewellery-inspired character while providing structural flexibility for the draped form.

The Collier Pendant delivers ambient, decorative illumination. The textured, faceted crystals refract and scatter light, producing a moderated sparkle while maintaining general room ambience. The fitting has a high colour-rendering index (CRI 90) for accurate colour rendition.

Installation uses two ceiling fixings: a larger flat canopy at one end and a smaller compact mount at the other, designed to create the suspended drape. The fitting is rated IP20 and intended for indoor use; specific lamp, driver or transformer details should be checked on the product sheet or with our specification team.
