STORY

Visual Comfort Clemente Double Sconce is a decorative twin-arm wall light designed by Aerin Lauder for Visual Comfort. The Clemente sconce pairs mid-century geometry with contemporary detailing in an all-metal construction, finished in hand-rubbed antique brass for a considered indoor accent.

The design presents two symmetrical arms rising from a circular backplate into a clean ‘V’ geometry, each terminating in a sharp conical shade. The heads feature visible pivot joints for manual adjustment. The range is offered in Matt White Shades, Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass and Matt Black Shades.

Handcrafted in metal, the fixture’s hand-rubbed antique brass finish shows a mottled, aged texture with subtle patination. The interior of each conical shade is finished in a light cream tone to help reflect light. Wiring is concealed within the arms and backplate for a clean wall appearance, and the backplate includes a central mounting detail.

The Clemente delivers directional light from two separate lamp heads, making it suitable as a focal or task-orientated wall light for hallways, bedrooms and libraries. The inward-finished shade helps balance glare and increases usable reflected light for reading or accenting artwork.

Note the fitting is specified IP20 for indoor, dry locations and is supplied for hardwired installation; refer to the technical specification for lamp, dimming and installation guidance. Visible adjustment makes on-site aiming straightforward for final commissioning.
