The Visual Comfort Cadence Tiered Wall Sconce, designed by Carrier and Company, is a decorative interior wall light that combines a stepped, architectural form with a distressed glass finish for considered ambient illumination.

The design features a vertically oriented, three‑tier silhouette: a dominant central tier flanked by shorter top and bottom tiers to create a stepped or 'wedding cake' profile. The look evokes Art Deco geometry while the riveted detailing introduces an industrial‑glam edge. The fitting is offered in Hand‑Rubbed Antique Brass and Polished Nickel.

Construction pairs vertical glass slats with horizontal metal bands. Each slat sits within the metal frame and the bands are accented with small spherical rivets, giving surface depth and a tactile, handcrafted character. Materials are metal and glass with an antiqued/mercury glass effect that yields a mottled, speckled texture.

The semi‑translucent, distressed glass diffuses light and produces a fragmented, shimmering pattern.
