STORY

Visual Comfort Bryant Floor Lamp by Thomas O'Brien is a considered floor light from the Visual Comfort Signature Collection. The Bryant is designed for interior residential or commercial use and combines a slim metal frame with natural materials for ambient or task lighting.

The design pairs a tall, slim vertical stem with a stepped circular base for stability. A telescoping neck allows manual height adjustment and is secured by a small top thumb screw; the range is available in Bronze, Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass and Polished Nickel.

The central stem is wrapped in chocolate brown leather with visible top-stitching, contrasted by a tapered drum shade in off-white linen. Metal components are finished with a hand-applied living finish that gives the fitting a bespoke character.

The linen shade diffuses light for a warm, balanced ambience while the height adjustment lets the lamp shift between general ambient lighting and closer task illumination. Its proportions and neutral palette make it suitable as a reading lamp or an accent piece beside seating.

The Bryant is rated IP20 for indoor environments and includes a weighted, stepped base for structural stability. The telescoping section is secured by a visible adjustment knob; Visual Comfort provides a 1-year warranty. The lamp is supplied in three finish variants to suit differing schemes.
