STORY

The Visual Comfort Blaze 19" 2 Light Tail Sconce, designed by Waterford for the Blaze range, is a decorative interior wall light that pairs slender metalwork with faceted glass shades for a transitional statement.

The design uses two long vertical rods joined by a central horizontal bar and a square backplate, with trumpet-shaped sockets that support clear conical shades. The fixture is offered in Polished Nickel, Bronze and Natural Brass to suit different schemes.

Constructed from metal with a square metal backplate and clear, vertically-pleated glass shades, the Blaze sconce combines a minimalist frame with ornate crystalline detailing for a refined tactile quality.

The fitting provides two separate points of light; the faceted glass shades are designed to refract light and create a decorative pattern on surrounding surfaces. Its elongated tail form increases the vertical visual footprint, making it particularly effective for corridors, dining walls or as architectural accent lighting when mounted in runs.

IP22-rated for indoor use, the Blaze is intended for dry interior locations. For balanced spacing when specifying multiple units, consider leaving 8–10 feet (approximately 2.4–3m) between fixtures.
