STORY

Visual Comfort Beton Table Lamp is a Kelly Wearstler design from the Beton range that places a free-form ceramic silhouette at the heart of a considered table light. The combination of antiqued ceramic, crystal bronze hardware and a soft fabric shade gives the piece a modern yet timeless presence for interior spaces.

The lamp’s shape is intentionally organic and slightly asymmetrical to read as a sculptural object as well as a light. It is available in Antiqued White Ceramic and Crystal Bronze finishes, allowing the fitting to be chosen to complement both rustic and refined schemes.

Construction pairs a substantial reactive ceramic body with metal hardware and a tapered fabric shade. A slim, flat metal base plate stabilises the wide form; the fitting weighs 10.4 kg and reactive ceramic glazes will vary in colour and texture, so each piece is uniquely finished.

Light is delivered from a standard E27 socket beneath the shade; the tapered fabric shade is designed to diffuse the bulb, producing a soft upward and downward glow that reduces glare. The lamp suits ambient and task use in bedrooms, living rooms and home offices where a balanced, tactile light is required.
