STORY

The Tala Mantle Portable Table Lamp is a portable indoor-outdoor table lamp by Tala. Mantle was conceived to enhance the dining experience, cascading light downwards to illuminate a surface while encouraging interaction through its slender, conical form.

Its tapered base supports a wide, shallow-coned translucent diffuser and a single-sheet metal body with a vertical fold that forms an integrated handle. The range is offered in Cobalt Blue, Stone White and Granite Black, finishes that reference earthenware and stone serving materials.

Constructed from high-grade stainless steel with a decorative speckled coating, the Mantle uses a single-sheet construction that cloaks the internal batteries and components. The minimal, sculptural silhouette hides the technical elements while remaining robust for everyday use.

The frosted diffuser emits a warm, yellow-toned ambient glow and is engineered to project light downwards for even surface illumination. With a high CRI of 97, colour rendering is excellent, making the lamp suitable for dining and hospitality settings. The product carries an IP44 rating for protection against splashes.
