Tala Core Downlight

The Tala Core Downlight is a recessed architectural downlight from the Core range, designed to sit discreetly in the ceiling and provide focused downward illumination. Its minimal profile and circular geometry make it suitable for residential and professional interiors where clarity of light and a clean ceiling line are priorities.

The design emphasises a very modest bezel that sits nearly flush with the ceiling for a seamless transition. The fixture includes interchangeable magnetic bezel inserts that allow either fixed straight or angled adjustment, and colour-temperature options are available: 2000–3000K, 2700K and 2200K.

Constructed in metal with a matte white powder-coated finish, the Core Downlight is built for durability and heat management. The recessed aperture and deep-set light source reduce glare and maintain a calm, balanced appearance in the ceiling plane. The product’s modular construction supports easy component replacement over time.

Light is delivered through a GU10 lamp located deep within the housing to produce focused, downward illumination. The specification includes a high CRI of 95 for accurate colour rendering and a directional output suited to accent and task-focused schemes where control and clarity matter.

Product notes: a Tala GU10 LED lamp is supplied and two magnetic bezel inserts are included for straight or angled orientation. The fitting carries an IP56 rating for protection against dust and water ingress. Dimming compatibility depends on the chosen GU10 lamp and dimmer; consult lamp specifications and dimmer compatibility when specifying. The product is offered with a 2–3 year manufacturer warranty.
