Quintiesse Sola Table Lamp

The Quintiesse Sola Table Lamp is a contemporary table lamp by Quintiesse, designed to deliver considered ambient and decorative lighting. The Sola range pairs a hand-blown clear glass vessel with a drum shade to produce layered, textural illumination suitable for living rooms, bedsides and desks.

The lamp features a large, cylindrical-to-ovoid hand-blown glass base with a raised diamond-pattern texture and a polished silver-toned metal collar. The shade is a cylindrical drum upholstered in faux silk; available in Breton (blue) and Titanium (silver).

Shade construction includes a white internal lining and a traditional harp-and-finial mounting system. The wide, rounded glass base gives a low centre of gravity for stable placement on side tables and desks, while the polished metal cap forms a neat visual junction between shade and base.

Sola is a dual-source fitting: an upper shade provides soft, diffused ambient light while an internal light within the glass base causes the textured vessel to glow and refract light through the diamond pattern. The internal base is designed for a GX53 lamp and the collar incorporates a 4-way twist switch to select the shade, the base, both or off.

The lamp is supplied with a GX53 base lamp for the internal light; customers should note the harp-and-finial shade mounting when replacing bulbs or arranging an installation. A two-year manufacturer warranty is provided with the product.
