Nuura Liila Wall/Ceiling Light

The Nuura Liila Wall/Ceiling Light is a modular surface-mounted fixture from Nuura's Liila range, designed by Sofie Refer. It combines a graphic metal framework with twelve mouth‑blown glass globes to create a sculptural, decorative light for interior walls or ceilings.

The design arranges twelve spherical glass globes on circular metal plates connected by thin straight rods in a structured, diagonal lattice. The composition reads as a large-scale, symmetrical module that produces a 'floating' effect where glass spheres appear to hover in front of the metal discs. The Liila is offered in Opal White and Optic Clear glass options.

Each globe is mouth‑blown and therefore unique, seated on circular metallic backplates with warm metal tones apparent in the framework. The fixture's modular architecture and low-profile mounting allow it to sit close to the wall or ceiling while retaining a considered sculptural presence.

Opal glass diffusers produce a soft, uniform glow while the optic clear option gives a livelier play of light. With twelve individual light points the Liila provides broad, diffused ambient illumination suitable for larger living areas, circulation spaces and bedrooms.
