STORY

The Nordlux Sponge Outdoor Portable Light is a compact, moveable hanging lamp from the Sponge range. Inspired by organic forest forms, its soft, pebble-like diffuser and elongated strap give a calm, sculptural presence suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The design pairs an opal white, rounded diffuser with a small matte black cap and an extended black looped strap. The long strap functions as an integrated handle or hanging loop so the lamp can be draped over hooks, branches or beams to create a considered silhouette.

Surfaces are smooth and matte, suggesting a frosted glass or high-quality polymer diffuser and a synthetic or metal upper assembly. The product is built to withstand exterior conditions and carries an IP65 protection rating for peace of mind when used outside.

Sponge is cordless and powered by a built-in rechargeable battery. Brightness is adjustable in three levels and the battery lasts up to five hours at full power, with longer runtimes on the lower settings. The lamp is charged using the included USB cable, making it simple to recharge between uses.
