STORY

The Nordlux Rosalee Bathroom Downlight is a recessed bathroom downlight from Nordlux's Rosalee range, crafted in metal with a bi‑tonal appearance. It pairs a cylindrical black upper housing with a flush white trim and is designed for use in damp environments, carrying IP65 protection for bathroom applications.

The fitting’s form is purposeful: a ribbed, finned upper housing provides thermal management while a circular white bezel sits flush to the ceiling. The light source is set back behind a frosted diffuser to reduce glare and deliver a soft, even distribution of light. The Rosalee is available in two variants to suit different installation needs.

Construction is metal throughout, with vertical fins that act as an integrated heat sink and two spring‑loaded metal side clips for secure mounting into a ceiling cutout. The central diffuser is translucent and recessed, emphasising a clean, technical aesthetic that leaves only the trim visible from below.

The downlight is designed around an internal LED light source, with the finned housing helping dissipate heat from the module.
