Nordlux Recessed Downlight

Nordlux Recessed Downlight is a compact, circular recessed ceiling fitting from Danish brand Nordlux. The minimalist, matte silver bezel and transparent cover present a restrained architectural look, designed for integrated ceiling installation and direct downward illumination in kitchens and other dry, interior spaces.

The fitting is intentionally low-profile to sit nearly flush with the ceiling for an unobtrusive appearance. The front shows a visible multi-diode arrangement; the geometric array creates a honeycomb-like visual when lit and helps deliver broad, even light from a compact aperture.

Construction includes a metal bezel with a clear cover protecting the LED diode points. The front is free of visible screws, indicating a push-fit or rear-clamping mounting method for a clean finished edge.

The lamp uses a 19-diode LED array, producing a warm white output and a wide distribution suitable for general downlighting and task-focused illumination where unobtrusive, even light is required. The product is supplied as a set that includes extension rings and LED diode light bulbs, and it carries an indicated manufacturer warranty of 2–15 years.

Note the IP20 rating: this fitting is intended for dry, internal locations and is not suitable for bathrooms or other wet zones. Check ceiling depth and cut-out requirements before specifying; installation should follow local wiring regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions.
