STORY

The Navigator Eyelid Outdoor Wall Light is a compact, wall-mounted bulkhead from Navigator’s Eyelid range. Constructed in metal with a warm metallic frame and a frosted, finely textured lens, it is intended for exterior use where directional, low-glare illumination is required.

The design reads as maritime-industrial: a low-profile, tiered disc form with an integrated metal hood or ‘eyelid’ that directs light downwards. The fitting is offered in Raw Brass, Antique Brass and Satin Nickel to suit a variety of exterior schemes.

Build quality is straightforward and purposeful. The housing is metal and the central lens is a frosted, translucent material with a fine stippled or prismatic surface that helps diffuse light. The front cover is secured to the base with two visible Phillips-head screws.

The textured lens is designed to spread light evenly across a surface while the eyelid reduces direct glare and concentrates illumination downwards, making the fitting appropriate for paths, steps and exterior walls where functional, directional light is needed.

As an exterior luminaire it carries an IP65 rating for protection against dust and water ingress. The compact, flush-fitting profile allows unobtrusive mounting in high-traffic outdoor areas and the product is supplied with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
