Are bulbs included with the Wyse pendant?
No. Bulbs are sold separately; the fitting is not described as LED-integrated.

What is the IP rating and where can I use it?
The Wyse is IP20 and intended for dry, interior spaces such as kitchens, dining areas and bedrooms.

Can I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. The pendant uses a chain suspension that allows the drop to be adjusted during installation.

Does the fitting require an earth connection?
Yes. The product is Class I construction and requires a separate earth conductor for installation.

What are the lead time and returns policy?
This pendant is made to order and is typically dispatched in two to three weeks. Normal returns policy does not apply to made-to-order items.
