The Skyler is UL certified for North America, CE marked for EU compliance and is Class I, requiring an earth connection.

What is the lead time and returns policy?
This product is manufactured to order and is typically dispatched within 23 weeks. Our normal returns policy will not apply to made-to-order items.

How is the pendant suspended and secured?
It is suspended on a brown twisted-pair fabric cable which is secured to the shade with a small metal cord grip.
