Are bulbs included with the Ren pendant?
No. Bulbs are not included lamps are sold separately so you can select the desired output and colour temperature.

What is the IP rating and where can it be used?
The Ren pendant is IP65-rated for strong water resistance, suitable for sheltered outdoor locations and bathrooms (avoid fully exposed sites).

Does the fitting require an earth connection?
No. The product is Class II (double insulated), so it has been designed to operate without a protective earth connection.

Is the pendant dimmable?
Dimming depends on the bulb chosen. Use a dimmable lamp and a compatible dimmer to achieve variable output.

What are the delivery and warranty details?
The pendant is made to order (allow for indicated lead times). Warranty covers manufacturer defects only; the normal returns policy does not apply to made-to-order items.
