FAQs

Is the Mira Nautical Pendant suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The Mira is IP65 rated and intended for sheltered or partially covered outdoor areas and many bathroom locations. For best durability outdoors, Antique Brass or Natural Brass are recommended.

Are bulbs included with the pendant?
No. An LED tube light bulb is sold separately; bulbs are not supplied with the fitting.

What comes in the boxcable, chain and rose?
The pendant is supplied with one metre of cable and chain and a brass ceiling rose as standard. Longer suspension lengths can be ordered.

Does the fitting require an earth connection?
No. The Mira is Class II, designed so a safety connection to electrical earth is not required.

What are the lead time and return conditions?
This product is manufactured to order and dispatched within the stated lead time. Made-to-order items are exempt from the normal returns policy; the warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
