How should the fixture be mounted and oriented?
The fitting is hardwired to a vertical wall via a circular mounting plate and must be installed with the glass shade pointing downwards, as shown.

Are glass shades or bulbs included with the light?
Well glass shades can be purchased separately according to the range notes. Confirm lamp supply at order, as bulbs are not specified as included.

What are the lead time and returns terms?
