TOOY Molly Pendant Ceiling Light

The TOOY Molly Pendant Ceiling Light, designed by Corrado Dotti, is part of TOOY's Molly range of contemporary lamps. The design combines a painted hemispherical dome, a contrasting decorative ring and a textured plexiglass 'diamond' screen to deliver controlled, downward-directed illumination for interior settings.

The fixture is built around a tri-layered form: a finished metal dome, a dark contrasting ring and a translucent diffuser. It is offered in Pewter, Sand Black, Copper, Sand Grey and Brushed Brass and is available in three sizes for use as a single statement piece or in dynamic clustered compositions.

The bright screen is made of plexiglass with a faceted diamond pattern that refracts and spreads light. The dome and ring are finished rather than bare metal, giving a considered material contrast that reads well in both domestic and refined commercial interiors. The pendant is suspended by a single thin cable, allowing the fitting height to be adjusted at installation.

The plexiglass diffuser is specifically designed to reduce glare and distribute illumination evenly, so the Molly pendant provides comfortable downward light suitable for general ambience or over task areas. Its visual texture adds subtle, refractive interest when illuminated without relying on ornament.

Practical notes: the driver is on board. DALI dimming is available on request with a remote driver, and a 110/120V version can be supplied on request. The fitting is rated IP40 and comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
