Marset Tam Tam Pendant

The Marset Tam Tam Pendant, designed by Fabien Dumas, is a multi-light ceiling pendant from the Tam Tam range. Its lacquered metal construction and streamlined profile make it suitable for considered overhead interior illumination where form and function must sit in balance.

The fixture is a slim horizontal bar fitted with six conical, bucket-shaped shades arranged non-uniformly to create a playful, sculptural silhouette. The central bar, suspension hardware and main power cable are finished in black while the shades include neutral tones with a single contrasting accent to serve as a visual focal point.

Construction uses a lacquered metal structure with lacquered aluminium lampshades; each shade rotates 360° to direct light where required. An opal methacrylate diffuser on the lower part of each shade softens glare and helps blend direct and ambient light.

Tam Tam accepts E12 lamps; documented compatible types include CFL Type T 13W, G 40W and LED G16.5 5W options. Bulbs are not supplied. The pendant measures 460 x 2170 x 220 mm, and its adjustable shades allow the fitting to distribute light across dining or general living spaces without excessive shadowing.

The lamp is suspended by two thin vertical tension wires with a single black power cable descending to one end of the bar; installation requires a qualified electrician. The product is supplied with a two-year defects-only warranty.
