Marset Plaff-On! Outdoor Wall Light

Marset Plaff-On! Outdoor Wall Light, designed by Joan Gaspar for the Plaff-On! range, brings a considered architectural presence to exteriors. The compact, circular form nods to the original indoor edition while being adapted for exterior use with an IP65 rating for reliable weather protection.

The design uses a deep metal circumference paired with a recessed, hand-blown white glass diffuser to create a floating effect. The Plaff-On! is offered in Black and Rust Brown finishes and is available in multiple sizes so you can proportion the fitting to the façade or elevation.

Construction combines a robust metal frame with a sealed, translucent glass core that evenly distributes light. The layered geometry intentionally creates negative space between the ring and diffuser, a detail that contributes to the fixture’s crisp, architectural appearance.

Light is delivered as soft, diffuse ambient illumination from the glass core while a subtle upward spill produces a luminous halo on the mounting surface; the design also gives a decorative downward wash suitable for highlighting walls, entrances or walkways. This dual-effect output makes the Plaff-On! useful for both ambience and practical exterior illumination.

The outdoor version is rated IP65 for dust and water jets and is supplied as a flush-mount hardwired fitting for a clean installation. The collection is available in three diameters (16, 33 and 50 cm) and the smallest size can accept an optional signage accessory where required. The manufacturer warranty is two years (defects only).
