Marset Djembe Pendant is a ceiling-suspended pendant designed by Joan Gaspar for the Djembe range. The Djembe 65 model pairs a low-profile, dome silhouette with a tactile, stone-like exterior; it is intended to provide direct downward illumination in interior spaces.

The pendant’s form is a squat, slightly flattened dome with a wide opening that promotes a broad beam spread. It is offered in Sky Blue, Red, Grey and White finishes, each available in dimmable versions to suit layered lighting schemes.

The shade is produced by bi-injected rotary-moulded polyethylene, giving a coarse, granular outer texture and a smooth satin white inner surface to aid reflection. A lacquered grey aluminium diffuser sits at the mouth of the shade and houses the light source.

Light is delivered by an integrated LED SMD (20.8W, 700mA, 2700K, 3023 lm) supplied with the fitting. The pendant is suspended using a dual-cord arrangement— a thin metallic support wire alongside a thicker electrical cord—keeping structural support and power distinct while maintaining a clean profile.
