STORY

The Marset Djembe Pendant is a ceiling-mounted pendant designed by Joan Gaspar for Marset. The Djembe's large bell-shaped shade and dual-tone finish give it a quietly sculptural presence tailored to interior, downward illumination.

The pendant's form balances a textured exterior with a bright internal reflector to create a composed light source. It is available in Sky Blue, Red, Grey and White finishes, each offered in a dimmable version.

Construction uses bi-injected rotary-moulded polyethylene: a stone-textured outer surface and a smooth satin white inner surface. The diffuser is in lacquered grey aluminium and the design includes a central baffle detail at the shade opening.

Light is delivered by the integrated LED SMD module (11.7W, 700mA, 2700K, 2040lm) which is included. The internal white finish and the baffle work together to reduce glare and produce soft, evenly distributed downward illumination suitable for living areas and focused zones.

The pendant suspends from a primary power cord with an auxiliary tension cable for secure ceiling mounting. Dimmable variants are offered — confirm dimmer compatibility for your installation. The fitting carries a two-year defects-only warranty.
