The Marchetti Garagoi Pendant by Roberto Giacomucci is a decorative ceiling pendant from Marchetti's Garagoi range. The design reads as a sculptural light, its fragmented ribbon form and metal suspension giving a gallery-like presence while delivering ambient illumination.

The shade is formed from wide, curved strips arranged in an asymmetrical, ribbon-like spiral around a central light source. It is offered in three appearances: White, Silver Leaf and Gold Leaf, so you can select a finish to suit the scheme.

Visual cues include a textured, hand-applied gold leaf appearance on the leaf finish and polished silver-toned metal components at the suspension point. Thin, near-invisible suspension wires attach the shade to a chrome-finished central cylinder, reinforcing the floating, deconstructed aesthetic.

The pendant’s central light source sits within the fragmented shade so light can spill through the gaps between the ribbons. The open design favours decorative ambient illumination rather than directed task lighting, creating atmosphere and subtle shadow play.
