The Lutron Pico 3-Gang Decorator Wall Plate is a screwless 3-gang decorator wall plate from Lutron's Pico range. It provides a decorative and protective cover for three adjacent decorator-style light switches, dimmers or electrical outlets installed in a single wall box.

Formally the plate is flat and rectangular with three large, identical rectangular cutouts arranged horizontally. The visible surface presents a uniform white, smooth, non-reflective finish and subtly beveled edges for a soft, low-profile transition to the wall.

The front face is entirely smooth with no visible screw holes or fasteners. The screwless design uses a snap-on cover that locates onto a sub-plate mounted to the electrical box; the openings are sized to accept standard decorator or rocker-style devices.
