The Lodes Aile Wall Washer is a compact, design-led wall-mounted fitting from Italian brand Lodes. Named after the aileron of sports cars, Aile pairs a sculptural, cantilevered form with the practical task of wall washing to create considered architectural accent lighting.

The design presents a horizontal, wedge‑like profile that tapers from a solid rear mounting plate to a thinner front edge, with a large rectangular aperture that emphasises negative space. The Aile is offered in four finishes, including warm metallic tones that add a decorative touch to contemporary interiors.

Constructed with a solid, angular profile the Aile is formed from metal with a smooth matte surface, giving a precise, seamless appearance with no visible external fasteners. A flat rear plate allows the fitting to sit flush to the wall for a clean architectural installation.
