Lee Broom Carousel Pendant

The Lee Broom Carousel Pendant is a large circular pendant from the Lee Broom collection, designed to deliver ambient and decorative overhead light. Inspired by the British fairground merry-go-round, the fitting makes a sculptural statement while providing a broad ring of illumination suited to expansive interiors such as dining halls, entrance spaces and commercial foyers.

Formally the pendant is a wide horizontal ring made from numerous vertical cylinders placed side by side, producing a rhythmic, fluted texture around the circumference. The Carousel is offered in Matt Black, Polished Chrome, Polished Gold and Polished Gunmetal to suit a range of contemporary schemes.

Construction uses a modular assembly of identical vertical cylinders with multiple thin steel suspension wires radiating to a central point above, and a single clear power cable for the electrical connection. The repeated geometry gives the fixture a heavyweight presence while the slender suspension creates a visual floating effect.

Light is delivered by inset warm-toned LED elements set into the base of each cylinder, producing a continuous ring of downward-directed light ideal for ambient or accent illumination of surfaces beneath. The design controls glare by concentrating light downward through the cylinder apertures for clear, directional illumination.

The pendant is suspended from a matching circular ceiling plate and balanced by the multiple suspension wires to maintain a level horizontal position.
