The lamp's form is defined by a soft semi-spherical shade of textured white washi paper that rests without an external frame, and four tapered ash legs that give a light, elevated stance. The construction emphasises an airy silhouette and an organic lower rim formed by the paper.

Materials are honest and tactile: hand-made Japanese washi paper for the diffuser and natural ash wood for the legs. The shade is 3D-shaped to keep its structure while remaining translucent, and a white ceramic lamp holder sits within the hollow dome; the cable is finished with an inline switch covered in a paper fibre sock.
