Flos Oblique Table Lamp by Vincent Van Duysen is a professional table luminaire from the Oblique range designed in 2020. The fitting uses an integrated LED top source and a patented asymmetric optic to provide controlled downward illumination for task-focused work.

The lamp reads as a studied geometry: a slender cylindrical stem links two flat circular discs, the thinner upper disc forming the head and a wider base disc below. The stem is offset toward the rear edge to create a cantilevered head and an unobstructed working area; the model is available in a wide range of finishes.

Construction emphasises a seamless, architectural silhouette with hidden joints and a uniform, matte appearance visible in product imagery. The recessed circular section in the head houses the optical system while the broad base accommodates charging electronics, touch control and support for devices.

Light is delivered by the integrated LED module: 8W, 479lm, 2700K with CRI >90 and a 35° beam angle. The patented asymmetric optic directs illumination precisely across the work surface while minimising glare, making it well suited to desks and professional workspaces where clarity and balanced light are required.

Includes an external power supply with a 1500 mm cable and a 12 V driver input. The base incorporates a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad and an integrated USB-C port for recharging compatible devices; a touch-sensitive control on the base provides power and dimming control. IP20 rated — not suitable for wet zones — and supplied with a two-year manufacturer warranty.
