David Hunt Lighting Orb Pendant

David Hunt Lighting Orb Pendant is a five-light ceiling pendant from the Orb range by David Hunt Lighting. The design places a traditional candelabra cluster at the heart of a contemporary open orb frame, delivering overhead ambient illumination with a sculptural silhouette.

The Orb is formed from intersecting circular metal bands that create a symmetrical, spherical cage around the central lamp cluster. It is available in Black, Cream, Ash Grey and Antique Copper, and is shown with natural linen Byron BYR26 clip shades, which are sold separately.

The construction uses smoothly curved tubular metal rings, a central vertical rod and a rounded ceiling canopy, finished in a matt painted surface. The suspension is via a short chain linking the body to the canopy; the fitting is handcrafted so dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly in appearance.

Five upright candle-style lamp holders sit in a circular cluster at the centre of the orb; exposed candelabra bulbs direct light outward and upward and make the bulb a key decorative element. For use with Byron clip shades we recommend standard LED candle lamps (BUL/E14/LED/13) or the Coupe de Vent lamp (BUL/E14/LED/14). Lamps are supplied separately.

The pendant is supplied with an extra 50cm of cable and the chain-and-canopy system allows the drop to be adjusted during installation; additional chain is available on request. The fitting carries a one-year warranty and should be specified with the recommended E14 candelabra lamps for intended visual effect.
