STORY

The David Hunt Lighting Hyde Chandelier is a tiered ceiling pendant from the Hyde range. Its contemporary design nods to mid-century modern Italian forms and is intended as a central decorative and illuminating focal point for generous interiors.

The design features a three-tier composition with radial arms and double‑coned diabolo shades. Each shade is hand‑sprayed in Arctic White, River Blue or Pebble and finished with soft brass highlights; bespoke colours are available on request.

Built around a solid brass framework, the fitting uses hand‑spun metal shades with a matt paint finish and an ivory braided cable. Decorative brass bands cinch each shade and echo the polished brass interiors for a considered two‑tone appearance.

The hourglass shades project light both upwards and downwards to create layered, multifaceted illumination and a balanced ambience. The pendant is specified for 42 LED golf‑ball style lamps (see BUL/E14/LED/15), which are ordered separately.

The Hyde offers a dual‑mount option: suspend from the supplied chain or adapt for direct ceiling mounting. The fitting is supplied with an extra 50cm of cable and additional chain is available on request. Lamps are not included and the product carries a one‑year warranty.
