David Hunt Badger Pendant

The David Hunt Badger Pendant is a single-light pendant from David Hunt Lighting's Badger range. It pairs a wide, shallow bell-shaped reeded satin (alabaster-style) glass shade with traditional metalwork to create a decorative overhead light for indoor spaces.

The pendant's form includes a flared rim and fine horizontal reeding across the glass, which provides visual texture and subtle shadow. Metal components, including the canopy and shade gallery, follow a traditional language with antique brass/bronze tones and a conical, fluted ceiling rose. The range is available in Bronze and Pewter finishes.

This fitting is supplied complete with reeded satin glass and incorporates bronze resin detail alongside antique-brass metalwork. The shade hangs from an interlocking oval-link chain and the fixture is supplied with an extra 50cm of brown braided cable for additional wiring flexibility at installation.

The pendant takes a single E27 (ES) globe bulb, 60W max (bulb not included). The broad, open shade gives a wide downward and outward distribution while the reeded satin glass softens and diffuses the lamp for reduced glare. David Hunt recommend the LED vintage globe lamps BUL-E27-LED-19 and BUL-E27-LED-20 as suitable low-energy alternatives.

Hanging height is adjustable during installation via the chain and supplied cable (approximately 40cm–90cm overall height). Dimming is available when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs and a suitable dimmer. Additional chain is listed as an accessory and the manufacturer provides a 1-year warranty.
