The Dar Onawa 5-Light Semi-Flush Ceiling Light from the Onawa range is a sculptural ceiling fitting in polished chrome with smoked glass shades. Designed as a five-light semi-flush fixture, it provides multi-directional ambient illumination for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms where a pendant may be impractical.

Its form is defined by multiple thin, sweeping and twisting chrome arms that overlap in a dynamic, swirling arrangement, ending in spherical glass shades. The Onawa is offered in Twisted Glass and Smoked Glass appearance options to suit different schemes.

Construction combines a high-shine polished chrome metal frame with five spherical glass shades finished in a smoked, translucent tint. The arms extend from a shallow cylindrical mounting plate, giving a compact profile at ceiling level while maintaining a sculptural presence.

The five light points deliver a broad, even spread of ambient light. The smoked glass shades act as diffusers, softening the output and reducing glare while keeping the orbs visually transparent. The fitting takes 5 x G9 lamps (not supplied); maximum 40 W per lamp and LED G9 lamps are recommended for efficiency and dimming control.

Product notes: this is a semi-flush, surface-mounted indoor fitting with an IP20 rating and is not suitable for wet or bathroom zones. Lamps are not included. Dimming depends on the chosen G9 lamp and a compatible dimmer. Standard warranty is two years, extendable to five years with online registration.
