Dar Hilda Drum Shade

The Dar Hilda Drum Shade is a decorative drum light shade from Dar's Hilda range. Its clean cylindrical form in medium grey faux silk is intended for use on table lamps, floor lamps or as a ceiling pendant, softening light while providing a restrained geometric presence.

The shade is a perfectly cylindrical drum with equal top and bottom diameters. It is available in Grey and offers a minimalist, monochrome aesthetic that suits modern or transitional interiors.

Construction pairs a grey faux-silk exterior—showing a subtle horizontal slub texture—with a matching grey lining, a premium detail that gives a consistent appearance when viewed from below.

The open top-and-bottom design allows direct upward and downward light throw while shielding the bulb from direct horizontal view. The shade softens and disperses light to create balanced ambience without altering the fixture's primary beam.

Sold as a shade only, it does not include a lamp, lamp holder or electrical components. It fits E27 holders and can accept E14 fittings using the supplied removable reducer ring; the shade accommodates one bulb (1 x 60W max for E27). Warranty is 2 years standard, extendable to 5 years with online registration.
