Are lamps supplied with the pendant?
No. The Giselle requires G9 lamps which are sold separately; compatible with G9 LED or halogen bulbs.

How is the pendant suspended and what is the minimum height?
It hangs from a polished chrome canopy on three adjustable hightensile steel cables and a central cable; cables adjust to a minimum height of 38cm.

Can the pendant be used in bathrooms or outdoors?
No. The pendant is IP20 rated and intended for indoor, dry locations only; it is not suitable for bathrooms or external use.

Does the fitting come with a warranty?
Yes. The product includes a 2-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years with online registration.

Is the pendant dimmable?
Dimming depends on the G9 lamps you choose. Use dimmable G9 LEDs and a compatible lighting dimmer for dimming control.
