Dar Aldgate Outdoor Wall Light

Dar Aldgate Outdoor Wall Light is a traditional lantern-style exterior wall light from Dar's Aldgate range. The design references classic architectural proportions with a tiered, domed top cap, short curved arm and a circular, tiered backplate, making it well suited to entryways, porches and patio walls.

The form uses clear, vertically fluted glass and a decorative pointed finial to add texture and period detail. The metalwork carries an aged bronze finish with gold-toned highlights that gives the fitting a weathered, multi-toned appearance.

Constructed with a metal body and a clear fluted-glass enclosure, the lantern protects the internal lamp while presenting the socket clearly through the glass. The glass both protects and subtly textures the light emitted.

The downward-facing orientation directs light down and out, making the fixture effective for illuminating doorways and immediate external circulation zones. The fitting accommodates a single lamp (not included), visible through the clear glass, allowing you to choose the lamp type and output appropriate to the space.

The Aldgate is IP44 rated for exterior use. It mounts to the wall via the circular, tiered backplate shown and carries Dar's standard 2-year warranty, which extends to 5 years with online registration.
