CVL Luminaires Eclipse Wall Light

CVL Luminaires Eclipse Wall Light, designed by Hervé Langlais for the Eclipse range, is a decorative wall-mounted fitting that references a celestial eclipse. The design pairs a dark front disc with a luminous rear disc to lift architecture with subtle, ambient illumination.

The form uses two overlapping circular discs to create a crescent glow; the range is offered in two diameters and in Satin Brass, Satin Graphite, Satin Nickel and Satin Copper finishes. The offset discs and minimal profile give the fitting a sculptural, geometric presence on the wall.

Craft details visible in the design include a circular-brushed front disc and a polished brass cap at the disc centre, plus a reflective rear disc that sits behind a slim integrated LED slab. The construction is deliberately low-profile and intended for flush wall mounting, with no visible external wiring.
