Contardi Calypso Pendant

The Contardi Calypso Pendant, designed by Servomuto for the Calypso range, reinterprets 1940s Deco with a tropical, colour-driven twist. The pendant’s layered silhouette and bold palette reference southern American decorative cues while retaining an Art Deco sensibility.

Calypso is formed from a multi-tiered, fabric-wrapped shade that tapers top and bottom in a spinning-top silhouette. It is offered in Sale e pepe, Mint and Black appearance options, each using the same tiered language and contrasting bands.

Construction combines a fabric-wrapped shade with metallic hardware and a braided textile suspension. A decorative textile pom-pom sits at the junction of the rope and canopy, while a thin gold-toned metallic band and conical cap provide secure connections and subtle detail.
