The Astro Trimless Square Recessed Downlight is a trimless square downlight designed for architectural, flush-plastered ceilings. This Astro ceiling luminaire delivers directional illumination while remaining visually minimal, integrating the light source into the ceiling plane.

Its square‑within‑a‑square form provides a restrained modern aesthetic. The fitting is supplied with matte black and matte white inner bezels so the aperture can be adapted to your scheme, and the matte finish reduces surface reflections for a discreet look.

Construction is robust with a rigid housing and a deep‑set internal chamber that helps baffle the lamp and reduce glare. The two‑tone interior—matte white lower section with a matte black inner bezel—creates visual depth around the light aperture.

Light is delivered from a single GU10 lamp (1 x GU10, 6W max). The recessed chamber directs light downward for task and ambient uses while the black bezel reduces visible glare from the lamp source. The product carries an IP65 rating for protection against dust and water ingress.

Installation is trimless and must be completed prior to the final plaster skim to achieve the flush finish.
